Once an alien is permitted to stay in the Kingdom, he/she must perform his/her duties or stay only for the reason requested. If there is any change in the duties (change of the legal entity that is the employer or termination of duty) or the reason for the extension of stay in the Kingdom differs from the requested one,
the permission to stay in the Kingdom will immediately terminate and further legal action will be taken. This includes the family members who are accompanying him/her.
