A foreigner who has been granted permission to temporarily stay in Thailand more than 90 days. He / She obligates to submit a "Nortification form for staying over 90 days a.k.a TM 47"  to an Immigration Bureau official every 90 days at Immigration Office in your residency location.  90 days report available 15 days before or 7 days after due date.

Notification of Foreigner Residence According to the Immigration Act of 1979, Section 38 stipulates that "The homeowner, owner, or possessor of a residence, or hotel manager who accommodates a foreigner permitted to temporarily reside in the Kingdom, must notify an official at the Immigration Office located in the area where the residence or hotel is located within 24 hrs. since arrival. Once an alien is permitted to stay in the Kingdom, he/she must perform his/her duties or stay only for the reason requested.
