Notification of Foreigner Residence According to the Immigration Act of 1979, Section 38 stipulates that "The homeowner, owner, or possessor of a residence, or hotel manager who accommodates a foreigner permitted to temporarily reside in the Kingdom, must notify an official at the Immigration Office located in the area where the residence or hotel is located within 24 hrs. since arrival. If there is no Immigration Office in that area, the notification must be made to the police officer at the local police station.

A foreigner who has been granted permission to temporarily stay in Thailand more than 90 days. Work permit
Wish to have a Thailand work permit. You are required to having prospective employer in Thailand before coming to Thailand.
WP 32 is an approved letter for non-immigrant B visa submission. The employer shall submit WP 32 form at The Department of Employments. In general this process is required 5 working day.
However, If you are working with Non-profit organization. instead of apply a WP 32 application. The employer shall submit a "PV 4 /4.1" or PVR 4 / 4.1 form along with other documents requirements to "The Committee on Consideration of the Entry of Foreign Private Organization" Committee approval letter equal to WP 32 letter.
In general A Department of Employment will grant work permit valid in one year. You may renew it for another year or up to your contract period if it shorter than a year. The renewal available 30 days before work permit end date.
Once contract is terminated or ended. An employer shall submit a work permit cancellation form to the Department of Employment within 15 days after ended date. over due penalty up to 20,000 THB. / application.
Once you are entering to Thailand with Non-immigrant B type visa. You should submit a work permit application form (WP 25) at the Department of Employments. They will process your work permit within 5 working days.
