You are obligated to apply a "permission to operate an activity in Thailand" which control by Committee on Consideration of the entry of Foreign Private Organization host by Foreign Workers Administration Office, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour. See registration procedure below.

international Non Governments Organization, who wishes to set up an regional or country office in Thailand. shall submit an application along with other documents to a "Committee on Consideration of the entry of Foreign Private Organization”.

To update activity status. The committee is requiring report in every 6 months. here is 6 months report form.

A registration is 2 year validation. However, if activity doesn’t completed it yet. please submit renewal registration forms to the committee. 90 days before end dated.

You may submit form no. 4 along with documents requirements to the committee.

Any other change on registration such as location, objective or any other.
