NGO REGISTRATION

International Non Governments Organiozation, who wishes to set up an regional / office in Thailand. is required to register under "Commitee on Consideration of the entry of Foreign Private Organization" 

NGo / INGO Registration

Qualification:

  1. Foreign Organization wish to establishment an office or sending staffs members to work in Thailand.

  2. Receive fund from foreign Organization who does not have an office in Thailand 

  3. Foreign Organization wish to arrange seminar in Thailand 

  4. Received fund  for arrange meeting in Thailand from foreign organization who does not have an office in Thailand. 

Are you one of list above? if Yes, You are eligible to apply a "Permission to operate an activity in Thailand" which control by Committee on Consideration of the entry of Foreign Private Organization host by Foreign Workers Administration Office, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour. See registration procedure below.

Our Services

  • international Non Governments Organization, who wishes to set up an regional or country office in Thailand. shall submit an application along with other documents to a "Committee on Consideration of the entry of Foreign Private Organization”.

  • To update activity status. The committee is requiring report in every 6 months. here is 6 months report form.

  • A registration is 2 year validation. However, if activity doesn’t completed it yet. please submit renewal registration forms to the committee. 90 days before end dated.

  • You may submit form no. 4 along with documents requirements to the committee.

  • Any other change on registration such as location, objective or any other.
