We divided a meeting logistic support into 4 categories such as
Venue:
Offer potential meeting room location, group dinner for social nigh tout or hosting a reception night list with contact rate.
Arrange meeting room (layout) set up with fully equipment and material based on request.
Stand by in the meeting room for any other support during meeting period.
2. Registration and logistic information:
Create online registration via google form
Develop and update logistic information via google site (FoC) / Square Space (paid web-site).
Collecting participants contact list.
3. Reservation:
Hotel reservation with payment options such as company or guest pay directly to the hotel.
Reserve round trip ticket to / from Bangkok,
Bangkok airport transfer (pick up / drop off)
4. Travel document:
Issue invitation or employee certificate for visa submission
Apply e-visa (based on request)
Coordinate with Thai consular make sure visa granting within timeframe.
